1. How do I order? How many days in advance should I preorder?

To place an order, simply click on the desserts you like and you'll see a calendar showing our available slots. Please place your order at least 3 days in advance.

If you need something sooner or later outside the calendar dates, feel free to message us @sanwichio or email us sanwichiosg@gmail.com

2. Are your desserts Halal?

We are not Halal-certified. However, we do not use pork or lard, and all of our ingredients (including our gelatin) are Halal-certified.

3. Where are you located? When can I pickup my order?

Pickup location is at 55 Changi Road #01-25, Millage 419709

Tue-Fri: 1-7pm

Sat: 11am-4pm

4. Which delivery option do I choose?

We offer three collection methods:

1. Store Pickup
2. Thu/Fri Delivery (flexible)*** $12
3. Specific Date Delivery $25~

***not applicable for Wholecake orders

For non-urgent orders, our Thu/Fri delivery is ideal — your desserts will be delivered on either day, depending on our delivery carrier. (Please note that the exact day cannot be selected.)

For occasions that require a fixed date, kindly select Specific Date Delivery.

We also welcome self arranged delivery. Please opt for Store Pickup and let us know your driver’s pickup detail in the box.

5. Is there same day delivery/collection?

Please message us @sanwichio to check last minute dessert availability. Otherwise, we have drinks ready to welcome you at the shop!
